Their system quickly brought the radon level down.

I now have an average reading of 0.2 pCi/L over 48 hr period, where it seems to have leveled out.

Epic came out a couple weeks ago for the initial consult, Don was awesome. He took his time and made sure the system would be installed in the best spot. Tatum came back out last week and installed the radon mitigation system. He's a rockstar. He did a fantastic job installing the system - he even Facetimed me so I could decide which fan option to go with based on size. So far, everything is working great. I called in regarding a concern I had and Aaron was super helpful. I had a ton of questions but he was super patient and answered all of them. I was looking into getting a radon mitigation system installed in my home, which I moved into not too long ago, so I wasn't super familiar with the layout (quad level). Because it ended up being more complicated than originally planned (the previous owner did a lot of adding walls and a deck out back), the service folks were very careful and up front about the different ways they could approach installation and which employees would be best at the job. They were great and also cut me a good deal considering the extra work required in routing the pipes around. For that, I'm super thankful.
